Note

During an update, the installer reuses the existing database and applies the necessary schema and data updates to it. On SQL Server, these updates start from version 6.2. PostgreSQL support arrives with version 7.1, as a preview (Enable preview features (PostgreSQL database) checkbox): an update can therefore only concern a SQL Server database. Back up the database and the configuration before any update.
