Updating clients and agents

Updating the CyberElements client or recording agent consists of installing the latest version of the component. Before updating, check the compatibility matrix to ensure that the machine on which the client or agent is to be updated is still supported.

Both are downloaded from the administration console, in the Configurations workspace, Toolbox tile; the client is also available from the user portal. The installation pages below describe both paths, and apply to an update as well.
