Introduction to updating CyberElements¶
Systancia hosts and operates the CyberElements platform: its servers are upgraded by Systancia, with nothing to do on your side.
The components deployed in your own infrastructure remain yours to update: the client installed on user workstations, the recording agent installed on the target servers, and the Edge Gateways you deploy yourself. Updating them consists of installing their latest version.
Before any update, check the compatibility matrix to make sure that the machine hosting the component is still supported.
